Mail Order Information
Many of our customers travel up to 500 miles to see us since sometimes it can be more cost effective considering that we offer a free fitting service and also there is the saving in postage rates. However, we offer an excellent mail order service with our product dispatched the same day (orders received by mid-day) via DHL Charge for this is a flat rate of £12 up to 12kg. Your spheres will arrive in most parts of the UK within 24 hours of dispatch. Special services are available to the Highlands and Islands and other overseas destinations (cost available on application).
All our spheres are supplied with replacement "O" rings and DETAILED FITTING INSTRUCTIONS model by model. (Note: only available with sphere orders).
When ordering spheres either by phone or fax, since we carry over 50 different variations of sphere, it is important that you supply the following information:
